A community coming together to feed its own.

Fishes & Loaves Emergency Food Pantry exists to make sure that no one in our community goes without food. Inspired by the miracles of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, where a few loaves and fishes fed the multitudes, we believe in sharing with those in need.

Every Saturday morning, our volunteers gather to distribute canned goods, produce, and household staples to anyone who walks through our doors. No income verification, no lengthy forms. Just real help for real people.

We are a faith-based community resource open to everyone regardless of background, faith, or circumstance.

How It Works

First time visiting? Here's everything you need to know before you come.

Show Up Saturday

Come to 2221 N Wahsatch Ave anytime between 10 AM and 12 PM. No appointment or prior registration needed.

Grab What You Need

Our volunteers will welcome you and help you select from available groceries, produce, canned goods, and more — based on supply.

Leave With Food

It's that simple. Free of charge, no strings attached. We hope to see you again and welcome you into our community.

Who can use the food pantry? +
Anyone in need is welcome. Fishes & Loaves is open to all community members regardless of income level, background, or faith. If you need food, we're here for you — no questions asked.
Do I need to make an appointment or register? +
No appointment necessary and no registration required. Simply show up during our Saturday hours (10 AM – 12 PM) and our volunteers will assist you.
What documents or ID do I need to bring? +
You don't need to bring any documents or identification. We don't require proof of income, residency, or anything else. Just come as you are.
What kinds of food are available? +
Our inventory varies week to week based on donations, but we typically have canned goods, dry staples (pasta, rice, beans), fresh produce when available, bread, and other non-perishable items. We do our best to offer variety and nutrition.
How often can I visit? +
You're welcome to visit every Saturday. If you need food support on an ongoing basis, we want to be here for you.
Is there a cost? +
Everything we provide is 100% free of charge. We are a donation-supported ministry and never charge for food assistance.
Can I bring my kids? +
Absolutely. Families are always welcome. Kids are part of our community too, and we love seeing families come together.
How can I donate food? +
We gratefully accept non-perishable food donations. You can drop off donations at our location on Saturday mornings. Most-needed items include canned proteins (tuna, chicken, beans), pasta, rice, cooking oil, and peanut butter. Please check expiration dates before donating.
Can I volunteer? +
We love our volunteers and are blessed to have more than we need at times. We would love to add you to our volunteer list for emergencies. We especially need volunteers with trucks!
